Excel Password Recovery

Can someone help me out with this please?

I need to get around a password that is protecting a workbook. I think the spreadsheet was made in Excel 2007 which makes it more difficult as I can't use the widely available programs.

I don't want to pay for a password recovery program as it really isn't worth the cost, but if someone can help me, I'll sort out some beer tokens?
