Mac Book Air - Servicing or not?

I have a 3 year old MacBook Air, which has been brilliant and such a nice change from previous Windows stuff.

As its 3 years old I assume that like anything it may benefit from a "tune up" - theres nothing specifically wrong and as theres no optical drive and the hard drive is a SSD theres no heat being generated or moving parts as such.

Should I just carry on or is it worth popping it in to Apple for a health check and tweak?

thank you gents.....boring aint they? Just wondered of there was any preventative maintenance....by the way is the battery a DIY job or roughly how much does it cost?
