Hey buddy, long time indeed. Why did you disappear from the other place?

Still training, still trying hard.

What's the scoop with your 500Es? What are the specs, mileage etc?

Good to hear you're still hard at it bud thumbup

No particular reason, just super busy with business and life in general....

They're both 500E as opposed to E500's, 1992/93 cars, both silver with full black leather, memory seats, sunroof etc. one has a set of genuine 18" AMG alloys however we have new, genuine MB 8 holes to replace with if required, one car had 95k km, the other 102k km (roughly) both have service rcords and one has the vented panels beneath the headlamps (I believe this was an option in some countries but not available in others, perhaps someone could confirm?)

They're hitting the UK at the end of January and prior to sale, they will have a PPI and service at Mercedes Benz in Cardiff.

Sorry for the late reply, I've not set firm prices as yet however both cars will be very similar money, probably around £20k a piece, maybe a tad less if possible.

Shoot your email address over and I'll send you some images once they land and before they're advertised.

Looks like it's got a good maintenance record but I'd want to see it up on a ramp before purchase.Alot of the rubber components in the chassis will have gone south by that mileage unless already replaced, engine mounts generally last to around 60-70k miles as they get fried by the heat in the engine bay despite Mercedes best efforts to duct cool air to them, gearbox mounts tear, propshaft bearing carriers fail etc etc a bad 500E will cost you dearly to put right in labour bills.

4Star have a nice low mileage Limited Edition E500. I think they only came in silver or dark navy with 3 interior options, grey, red or green leather !

Really like that four star car- has me pondering selling my s124 and r129 for it....

Was considering the Swiss car too- I was worried about taxes, but I'm now under the impression that it was first registered in Greece, meaning nothing is due upon arrival here.

FYI OP I never received anything.

Thanks for the offer, but it'd take a full bells-and-whistles Limited to make me take such a decision. The Maple trim, Roser leather and those wheels... ideally in black. And I've noticed that the Avantgarde one is similarly (unrealistically imho) priced...
