New silverback shed, couple of pointers please folks....

Hi folks,
Recently I have found myself back in my comfort zone of another W124. This time a beauty of a 250d that has been owned by one chap from when it was 6 months old, serviced every 4 months without fail. Now on 246k and literally as tight as a tight thing, no marks and everything works perfectly.

However, the remote alarm, has two remotes, both are literally hanging on by a thread, and well used but unlock and lock the car perfectly.

I've phoned mercedes who don't stock them, but apparently they are a scorpion box. Mad thing is, I only need the box, the insides work perfectly

Any ideas?

ps if anyone has a back box lurking, I'll snap it up, thats the only bit that may go in the next 10 yrs

I have a scorpion box without the merc emblem, to activate you press the middle [where the merc sign is on yours] and the signal light is in the same place.
