whats happened to mercedes dealers?

I have now had two superb consecutive experiences at Mercedes Benz, Collindale. My last Mercedes was about 4-5 years ago and the dealer experience was terrible at that time. Arrogant, overcharging and poor quality work.

What a turn around- both occasions the whole experience on my c350 was painless, efficient and superb vfm. It seems to me that merc dealers have spent a lot of time and effort in sorting out their aftersales service and deserve recognition for this.
Has anyone else noted this improvement from merc dealers?
Also my new C class is far superior to my previous model c class in terms of build quality so that seems a positive move as well.

That is interesting! A tall challenge against likes of Lexus but great aspiration to have and who is to say they can't do it. Great for the customer in any case. Now if only BMW had a similar aspiration.
