Just seen this thread - I did the deal through centralukvehicleleasing (I have a Golf R with them currently) £3.2k down and £355 a month for 8k pa. All inc VAT and I've also gone for white paint and ordered through Unity.
But people here seem to have better prices - have I messed up?
No you're good, seems reasonable with the £1350(?) paint option. But people here seem to have better prices - have I messed up?

You won't see the headlights when hooning it around
Very true! Initially I was set on upgrading to the bi-Xenons but now I think the black car acually looks better with the standard insect carbon fibre headlights...cheaper also!I quite fancied yellow but not with the mandatory upgrade to leather that seems to come with it.

Had a test drive today and looking to do a deal tomorrow.
The dealer I visited today suggested the service interval was 7.5k miles but I keep seeing reference to 12k. Was she having a bad day (despite being the 4c 'expert')?
Service is Annual or 12000 miles if that comes first. The dealer I visited today suggested the service interval was 7.5k miles but I keep seeing reference to 12k. Was she having a bad day (despite being the 4c 'expert')?

White looks awesome! It was either that or black with the black 17" wheel. But then you'd have to add the yellow brake calipers.

Cheers thought so.
Anyone know the first service cost?
Alfa dictates/advises that the first service (and every two years) involves bolt tightening on the carbon tub. The actual cost seems to vary from dealer to dealer, but budgeting something around the £800-£900 seems to be about right. My car had covered 1000 miles at the first service so I just insisted on an oil change and I'll have the bolt tightening done once the miles actually warrant(i.e. next year once there may be a chance for the bolts to actually loosen!) I'm not sure how this would be looked on if a car was leased, however. Anyone know the first service cost?

I'm sorely tempted!
What's the deal with payment? Do you pay the deposit at time of ordering or when the car is delivered? Is the leadtime still 6 months?
£1000 deposit now, returned when the car is collected, then you pay the £3k when picking it up, that's just with the unity dealers. What's the deal with payment? Do you pay the deposit at time of ordering or when the car is delivered? Is the leadtime still 6 months?

Yes that's the best deal as far as I'm aware. It's through Lauren at Unity Alfa in Oxford. Original deal was through Central Vehicle UK leasing and was more money + £180 admin but included delivery to specified address. Unity deal is excluding delivery (need to collect from dealer in Oxford) and doesn't attract an admin fee. There was a lower price from Unity but I dont know if this was actually attainable and may have been an error not factoring in the increase in VED.Unity Alfa Oxford:
10kpa is £2990.52 initial plus 23 x £332.28= £10,632.96 total lease cost
CVL deal https://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/...
8kpa is 3023.89 initial plus 23 x £335.98 + £180 admin fee= £10931.43 total lease cost, plus 21ppm x4000miles for like to like comparison= £11,771.43
CVL works out to £1,138.47 more expensive.
Found myself having a play around with the configurator and I quite like the look of these -
Although both have around £2k worth of options. I'm guessing that just adds £2k to the overall cost? £83 a month extra is worth it given how much nicer the car looks with the optional wheels.

It's not worth it. I haven't done the research but I would say you're better off ordering the standard car and then buying aftermarket wheels, fit them and then return to standard when handing back and sell on the after market wheels.Although both have around £2k worth of options.
