Let's see your Alfa Romeos!
Discussion
Plan for mine is to get rid of all the rot, I'm 90% done now but it's been tough. It was that bad I've been reluctant to spend much on the basis I might be pouring it down the drain but I'm over the worst now. I've replaced the whole of the front chassis cross member, the one under the engine, not the ikkle one at the very front, most of the chassis legs reaching back to the middle of the car are new (fabricated from scratch) and a large portion of the chassis legs which pick up the teailing arms.
The left side sill, left front floor pan, front and rear valances, rear arches and front cross member under the rad, were all done (in my ownership) prior to this major work. Next step is the right side sill (all three sections) left side rear floor pan and possible the right side rear too.
My spit was fabbed up at the steel company I work for, basic design is copied off one that Ian Ellis Alfa sent me photos of, prior to the spit I had it in a solid jig made of big steel channel sections whilst I fitted the cross member. The car had taken a knock and wasn't square.
I've thought about getting it blasted, so I have a clean start to the paintwork, where did you get yours done and what media did they use?.

A comprehensive list of panel work there, seems pretty a-typical though! Had mine blasted at a place local to me, near Blackburn, 300 pounds for it doing, which compares pretty well to chemical stripping, plus they'll do it in a morning, and are careful not to damage large panels etc, 01706 220600.
My daily driver - albeit she is a bit mucky in this pic. JTDm 170 and a brilliant drive on the open road, although I would prefer a cloverleaf or a 170MA. My other Alfa, however, is in pieces . . . . . .
The red one is the one that is now in pieces being restored.
