gtv 3.0 v6 2000 model

hi i am tempted to buy an alfa romeo 3.0 v6 with about 80,000 miles on the clock

are these cars usually mechanically sound> whats the performance like? and fuel consumption etc..anybody here had any experience with one>

i used to work for an automotive retention sytems company analysing in alfa romeo aftersales service about 5 years ago and all i recall is how shoddy the service was and how the 156's used to break down a lot

though i seen these cheap alfa 3.0 v6's and they still look nice and they are fast

definitely better than my saab i think

one more questoin, how big are the back seats..can i get 2 mates in the back for short trips and spirited tunnel runs?

stumartin...so they cant get into the backseat..so would have to strap them to the roof or something?
i thought the gtv has backseats?
