haven't heard of a bad one yet, nothing major engine wise to look out for, do look at corrosion of gas cap and wheels the laquar lifts, make sure the steering and differential recall work has been carried out to

Had mine nearly 2 years and the only thing to go wrong was the battery. Gets serviced once a year for less than £200

Had ours over 3 years with mods that push it up to 550 bhp without nos/750+ with Nos and drive it hard and nothing except the battery (dealer let it run flat!)has failed. The 96/97 is the best year with a slightly more lumpy cam and more power (it,s why Blue/White 97,s are 1-2-3 in the 1/4 mile speed chart on the club site.My Cerbera (speed six engined what a joke of an engine)couldn,t compare in any shape or form (except a cool interior that fell apart/leaked and gauges that had a mind of there own)to our Viper!(sorry...going on again about the TIV )Did have a door button stick once....nasty ...but other than that...nowt to grumble about, even cheap to service, makes my Cerbera service bill look like a NASA space development budget!Go 4 it!(look at past pages and i don,t think your see many reliability issues unlike another site i could think of )
