wheels question
Discussion
Wheels on these cars are a subject of much debate, particularly run-flat tyres. If you go 18/19 you need to watch out for ride quality as the springs/dampers are not as forgiving as the Lotus. C6 seems to run that size so it should be do-able although C6 has a different type of tyre. (At the moment I'm wondering whether the best solution on mine may be to go for a full C6 wheel/tyre set.) The key is side-wall flexibility and you will find useful info' if you look back at previous threads about C5 tyres, although there is not much consensus about what's best.
Euro Vettes have slightly different rear wheel offset than Federal so if you see conflicting information this will probably be the reason. The Federal car has a marginally wider stance (due to European type approval reg's).
