I know we've covered this before, but if the service manual says '10W-30 API Certified' oil, what advantage is there in using Mobil 1 which is 0W-40?

As far as I know, Mobil 1 is only available in ithe UK in 0/40 or as 15/50. The Skunk did run 0/40 but now runs 15/50.

So if I just let the Chrysler dealer put in what they recommend, that will be fine?

Nope, I'd pay any little extra and go for the Mobil 15/50 ...you drive (track) your car!

Do you know about the upgraded ACR oil filter adapter, oil pan trap door kit, and windage tray for track junkies...must have for engine life!
