Advice required - hesitant, misfiring engine

Hi PH'ers,

My little Ford Ka is misbehaving. Misfiring and stuttering under load, especially at low revs. Seems to get worse when hot.

I've had the HT leads, spark plugs and coil pack replaced which has reduced the symptoms, but the problem hasn't gone away completely.

It is a 2003 1.3 8v (69bhp) engine. Any suggestions on what I should try next?
