SWMBO needs a better car for her new job so we get here one though it needs the wheels refurbing ( they are 2 piece split rims). l find a wheel refurb exchange facility who deliver me a nice refinished set today & when I get home, l decide to give them a quick coat of polish before they get fitted....am l deserving of a good talking to for sitting on the floor (next to the dogs) polishing them?

A good wheel wax is worth while applying to wheels, I find that brake dust just washes off with the hose when the wheels are waxed.

Always best to things whilst she's out. I've used the oven and hob before, but wouldn't dare if she knew, hats off to the guys who use the dishwasher as a parts cleaner.

e34m5board a member had his gearbox in the bath cleaning it and the wife came home!!!!! Chaos....a very brave man!
