Hi guys, I used to do quite a bit of detailing on previous cars so am familiar with what's what but stopped for various reasons.
I'm due to get a brand new car at end of month and would like to get back into it. The main question I have is has anything changed with the new water based paints? I liked using carnauba based waxes previously as I really like the deep shine it gives. I also have some excellent poor boys wax that gives a great wet look. I'm presuming these will still work well on the water based paints? Or are there waxes that suit these new paints better?
Any no-no's or things to watch for with either a brand new car or the new paint?
