Thread doctor in Hemel Hempstead???

Hi guys. Trying to help a mate that lives in Hemel Hempstead whose done the ultimate sin of trying to remove some glow plugs from a Ford Mondeo and has snapped them. As I'm not from that area I'm limited in helping him but I'd appreciate any numbers or links of a thread doctor in the HP3 area. It'll obviously need re-coiling and was just hoping someone might be kind enough to recommend someone to help him out.

Snapping a glow plug you're usually looking at removing the cylinder head otherwise the bore will get swarf in when drilling out
