clutch slave cylinder gone, stuck in gear - help!

And to top if off the battery is dead.
Row truck on its way but the car is stuck in gear and won't budge for love nor money, how can I get it out of gear without damaging it?

Done! Car was pointing downhill but two strong men managed to rock it backwards to release.
