Help - Any suggestions welcome

I have an MG ZR 160 (no hate please haha!)

Engine replaced like-for-like about 1/2 months ago, now this is happening.
I had a vibration issue at around 4000rpm so could of been engine mount and/or gearbox bearings

This is with bonnet DOWN but phone/camera was held over bonnet just above o/s wheel..

Any suggestions welcome!

Hopefully some new suggestions can be given and/or diagnostics

I have no engine warning light and OBD reader not flagging any errors
