Hi also put this in French Bred

Anyone know the change intervals (in yrs) for a Peugeot 1.4 206 cambelt?

Id do 3 years no longer id also change the water pump as well. There very easy to do peg the flywheel and the cam wheel.

5-6 years, do the water pump each time on the iron block engines (yours should be alloy) and every other on the alloy ones. The water pump seizes to the block otherwise and it becomes a hammer and chisel job to remove it.
Tensioner, technically every one other a cambelt kit with the belt and tensioner included is only something like £25 so I'd just do both unless you know the tensioner was done recently.

Thanks. We did it in 2010/11 and will be selling the car in the autumn so will leave it as is.
