I'd seen that thanks. Not sure 10yrs is a good idea though.5-6 years, do the water pump each time on the iron block engines (yours should be alloy) and every other on the alloy ones. The water pump seizes to the block otherwise and it becomes a hammer and chisel job to remove it.
Tensioner, technically every one other a cambelt kit with the belt and tensioner included is only something like £25 so I'd just do both unless you know the tensioner was done recently.
