As part of my Bowler rebuild project I decided to weigh the major assemblies as I went along, Last night I weighed the Rover V8: 163kg

3.9 Rover V8 dressed with:

would it be worth compiling a PH Wiki of engine / powertrain data such as this?

- Distributor and leads
- 16ACR alternator on RH bracket
- Oil in sump
- 14CUX plenum chamber complete minus hose to AFM
- Starter motor (standard)
- EFi Exhaust manifolds
- No flywheel
