If I work for company X and they are my visa sponsor and have my labor card, can I work part time for company Y too?

If I were on my husbands visa could I work for 2 separate companies?

Thanks!

Just also wondering about the lack of temping agencies?

this is possible. our CAD monkeys are agency staff and this is effectively how all maid companies work.

The monkeys are employed full time then rented to you, not the same as a part time job or temp agency in the UK.

Hmm, its complicated for a dental agency, I would have to "employ" them, but I also think that the DHA licence has to be attached to a clinic too, so although I can move about within my companies 6 clinics, I don't think I could temp at Dr Michaels for example.

There's a gap in the market, I couldn't go in today after a big allergic reaction last night and looking like elephant man on an IV at the Drs all morning. In the high season when we're really busy it would be great to call in cover staff. Trying to find myself a niche
