Ive downloaded windows 10 and not it connects to the router but says limited, so I can't actually do anything.

All other tablets/phones connect to the router fine.

Any ideas?

Sounds like it isn't getting an IP address from the router. Sounds obvious but have you tried rebooting both the router and PC?

Seen this with a few recently upgraded PC's.

Download the network driver from whatever manufacturers site you need to on another PC, stick it on a USB stick, uninstall the network adapter on your Win 10 PC and then reinstall it from the USB stick.

Worked on every one that I've come across so far.

Have seen this on a couple of upgraded laptops as well. Was going to look for upgraded driver, but think I'll do a clean install as have already done Win 7-8-8.1-10

Did you ever have a VPN installed on the laptop?

My upgraded desktop pulled down a set of windows driver for my WiFi dongle that only allowed for Wireless N.

Could be a similar issue?

Try uninstalling the drivers and installing ones from the manufacturer again?

I had a nightmare when I upgraded as the previous VPN software I had played hell with Win10, no wireless connections and even wired connections didn't work. Fresh install could be the way to go.
