Has anyone ever put copper fuel pipes on.my rubber ones look a bit old and can smell fuel but no leaks.

Yes I never trusted the 350i ones (the long front-back ones that is) so I bought cunifer brake pipe for lorries with the same (7mm) inner diameter.

Very easy to fit and you just make the end joints petrol tight by pushing the rubber pipe over and jubilee-clipping.

will do 2 cars, I have it on both Taimar and Wegdge for the flow and return pipes, at the engine end I did a loop about 3 1/2 inces round to take up vibration and then put flexible for the last 6 inches, on the wedge you will probably need a bit more for the flexible but as long as you can get to both jubilee clips itll be fine.
