I recently found out that the LR product I bought new in March is prone to unlocking its doors at random after auto locking.
It's been going on long enough for the general media to know about it - that's how I found out.

I consider this a safety issue and would have thought that I'd have heard from LR to arrange rectification, but no.
Are recalls dealt with by the supplying dealer or by 'head office'. It's my first LR so I'm not familiar with their way of doing things.

Yes P068 is the campaign number. Beware we are currently on version 3!

Mine had it done and has refused to unlock the doors from the inside a few times...resulting in multiple attempts for passengers to exit the vehicle!

Thanks but shouldn't I have had a letter or email or something? It's only by luck I found out about the issue - we don't buy newspapers.

I seem to be answering a lot of my own threads at the moment. I called LR head office today and a very nice lady checked for me. No recalls required for my vehicle.
