Aston Martin Extended Warranty
Discussion
No right or wrong answer to this. It's insurance,so it gives you peace of mind, the majority of cars are robust but you will read a few posts on here where it's paid its way. If you've got £2K knocking around then if it makes you happy do it.
I took it out for the first year I had my car but then when I gained confidence have not.
Personally I would only go for the premium AM cover because if I am going to have to claim I would want to have what I consider to be the best cover and that would allow me to kick off if I felt I was being shortchanged.

Its just luck, the majority dont need it, the minority occasionally do
....my car 6 years out of warranty, owned the car from just over a year old. Will be 10 years old 75k miles in a few months. So far its had about £1.2k of non consumable parts replaced. Most of that cost has been 3 x wheel bearings. Not sure if a warranty company even cover those , they may be "wear items" too.
So im about £7K to £8K up in saved warranty premiums.....
