Suzuki clutch and warranty position

I don't have any proper advice, but which Suzuki model is it? I have a Swift and it's well known among owners for crunching into gear.

If it's only crunching in a particular gear, it's more likely to be a gearbox problem. I would expect it to crunch in all the gears if the clutch was faulty.
