3000m new rattle from gbox

Hello
I think I know what this is (shaft bearing?)

I have a 3000m. It's always been a bit rumbly in neutral with clutch not engaged.
Today I now have a rattle when clutch is depressed it goes away...

Sigh.

Just a bit of chatter on the release bearing..
Turn the radio up.

such luxury; when I refinished my interior I removed the 1984 pioneer casette....

but i am commuting on the mway so road noise drowns out any rumbling....

Although
I sat in stop start for an hour this morning (temp stayed under 90 !!!)

After an hour of this; my clutch was getting a bit lumpy... but still working !
hoping it was just a temp anomaly....

We will see how the commute home goes....
