Drivers door glass (again)

I was out on a classic car run last weekend and part way through the day my window stopped going up to the top.
Then it jumped all the way off the runners and ended up in the bottom of the door, luckily still in one piece. I have taken the door card off and have retrieved the glass, but I cant work out how the hell the little wheels go back into the the channels under the glass.
Any ideas?

There are 3 wheels and a fixed part of a scissor.
one wheel goes in the channel on the inside of door near the lock, the other two go on each end of channels of the glass.
if you remove the slide channel by the windscreen you should be able to raise the wheels for the glass above the door and slot the wheels into the channels, and then lower glass and put slider back in.

There are little gaps in the runners that lets the wheels go in. If you start with the "x" of the mech closed, the gap for the runner is half way along the door. Slot one wheel in, open the "x" a bit and slot the other wheel in the end of the runner nearest the back.
That worked with me on the passenger side. I've a spare driver side motor etc if you need one.

My other issue is that the electric motor seems to have stopped working
A bit miffed about this as the whole mech was only replaced earlier this year.
TBH fat fingers and limited access space make this a pig of a job to do, I am very tempted to ask the guys that fitted the new mech to fix it.

Gog, you'll manage it. Door panels of obviuosly, a squeeze to get hands/arms in, but you dont need to really. Working from the petrol filler end of the door there is enough space to put the mech in place.
An arm in both ends to replace the glass. All good.
I have a spare motor in mech if needed.
