Have you guys seen any cars out on track days that you wouldn't have expected to be there? Let me know!

new X5 at Snett. he ended up off road in the 100 section.
he was inoffensive and left at lunch. probably to wash and deliver the car to its new owner?

I can't remember the details now but it had Cossie or Scooby running gear IIRC.

Mk1 Fiat Panda... but with a Uno turbo motor, stripped out, plastic windows, full cage and on 10" slicks. Looked fun.

The Royal Nail! Was featured in Redline magazine back in the day. Had Cossie running gear with ~400bhp.

There was a 2CV on one track day I did at Brands, two blokes swapping drivers all day with huge grins on there faces.

It made me feel sea sick just watching it;-)

Ah more info has come to light since then. You take one Audi TT. You take one Yeti. You use various spanners etc.

There was an old laguna on a recent day at Bedford, it was really quite fast and all it had on it were sticky tyres (federals i think) and thats it.
