I'm currently looking for a second car to replace my run around that I use to travel to and from work. I've got my eye on a few bmw's, a three series, five series or an x5. My budget is around the 3 grand mark. I'm looking for the newer shape so around 2005.

I'd like something with some go in it and the x5 4.6 has caught my eye. Although I know it drinks fuel and would be an older model due to my budget.

Any advice or recommendations would be appericiated.

Sorry I have no experience of them, but a V8 X5 for that money sounds like a bargain!

Global warming doesn't seem to be working yet, so just get it bought! laugh

Buy it I fit an LPG kit, pay-back will be under 12 months & it will be easier to sell & cheaper to tax.
