120i advisories query

Evening!
Ive seen a 1 series on auto trader that I fancied viewing but rang up first and it has a few advisories on the recent MOT; Its a 2005 120i. Advisories are mid box mount corroded, various engine oil leaks, blue smoke during acceleration and brake hose corroded. The blue smoke is the most concerning. Can anyone tell me what this could be? The car has only done 68k. Thanks

I'd walk away, cos of the oil leaks, which could be cause of smoke. My old 3 series had an oil leak; would have been a head gasket off job to fix and so not economically viable.

Just avoid that engine. Horrible unreliable engine.
