Tips for extracting stud/bolt from steering rack

Okay, the torx bolt in the steering rack securing the pipes to it was knackered so had to grind the head away to pull the pipes off.

Now the pipes are off, the stud of the bolt remains in the rack and because the supply and return have lips where the pipe go in i'm struggling to get grips on the stud.

Any tips on how I can get this out without any kind of drilling or damaging the steering rack?
