Storage/ workshop space near Lincoln

For a while now, three friends and I have been looking for a space to share to store and work on our collection of cars. All of us are genuine petrolheads.

Anyway, we have found a place in a modern unit in a secure compound at Saxilby. We have half the unit which has room for about 20 cars...at the.moment it has a truck ramp in but we are taking this out and putting a car ramp in. We have more space than we need so we wanted to know if anyone fancied joining us . We plan to kit out out with such as welding plant, engine crane and all other tools we have already have so we should be able to tackle most jobs between us.

If your unit is where I think it is then it sounds ace. When the engine in my 5 finally dies I'll need a bit of room to fit another one.
Could you use it as a meeting point for Lincolnshire PH runs out?

I will be storing/working on my TVR s2 in there, working on a mates alfa GTV, a 1972 VW camper, a series 3 landrover, a 60s speedboat and maybe a track day project car.
