Sexual Predator PCSO employed by Humberside Police.
Discussion
In addition to the 2012 incident of the story, there are four previous incidents, he is still employed as a PCSO and no criminal or disciplinary action has been taken.

the PCSO was also investigated by Humberside Police for "inappropriate sexual behaviour" while on duty. It further reveals that three other "potential victims" of the PCSO were identified from police records. None of the people involved were interviewed or spoken to by officers from Humberside Police

This is quite eye opening.
Cant wait for La Liga's drivel about how every wrongdoing doesnt meet the criminal threshold and how this story falls into that category.
But maybe he wont as this was a PCSO so may be seen as a plastic cop not worth defending as Derek Smith did by distancing real policemen from control room call handlers who he threw under the bus while trying to defend the waste and mischannelling of resources in police services.

It will be interesting to read the 999 call transcript because it was reported that the person who made the call said Bayoh had a knife. He had also taken ecstasy the night before AND was involved in a 'brawl' with a friend shortly before his death. Add that all together and you can understand why the police used a bit of force to get him on the ground to get some handcuffs on.http://www.scotsman.com/news/sheku-bayoh-fought-wi...

If they've done nothing wrong they'd have nothing to hide by trying to ship a body out of the UK within two days?
ED is controversial in the medical world as to whether or not it exists. I think it does but I am not sure as to how it can be defined in terms of a PM etc.
The family (although understandably) clearly aren't open to any other avenue other than the police were at fault, so I'll await the outcome of the investigation rather than anything from them.
The police deal with physical confrontation all day, every day. Sometimes with the most vulnerable people in society. Sometimes the most dangerous. Sometimes that results in people dying because of the very nature of the work.
