Alfa GT servicing Somerset/Devon/Dorset

If you're up for a bit of a trek south east - give Laurence a call - http://www.autolusso-bournemouth.co.uk/ - what he doesn't know isn't worth knowing!
When we lived down there, I took the GTV up to Les Dufty - Automeo in Bristol. Knows his stuff and owns an SZ

If you're after a known good garage nearer to Taunton, the Volvo specialist Formula Cars in Wellington were always decent honest chaps, they're likely to have seen a GT or two I'd have thought. They serviced our 850 T5 for over 100k miles, so certainly got repeat business and I phoned them up for advice on a V70 I was going to look at last year, helpful as ever.

Sound advice, he's been looking after mine for 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.43034 said:
Duncan Slade who owns Alfanet. Alfa trained and has a lot of Italian cars around the place (plus a lovey Mustang). Took my GTA there and was VERY impressed, especilly with pricing. His knowledge is bloody amazing.
Agreed, I have been going to Duncan for 7 years now. Extremely knowledgeable, very fairly priced and he is not the kind of person to talk you into unneccesary work (in fact he has talked me out of a few things!).The location is 'unique' and basically hidden behind a factory, don't let first impressions disuade....

Can't think of the name of them but near EB Spares at Westbury. I'd used them in the distant past but when I moved down here I had a 916 Spider and he went through it and a amazing car when I collected it.
I think I know the one, looks a bit like a scrap yard? and they deal mostly in classics?...can't recall the name either.I created a google map that has quite a lot of recommended Alfa specialists, mainly contributed to by members of the AlfaOwner forum.
