Frank,

You'd need to check the measurements but scroll down the page here for a selection .....

Thanks guys !

Haven't found them yet............

It concerns the threads to go onto Billies Mk4, i/d of the threaded platform part is 50 mm, o/d w/o thread is 54 mm, with thread is 56 mm, pitch of the thread is 2.5 mm

Japsport' seem to small, found others at 60 mm, which are to wide

The search continues confused , any help highly appreciated !

Did you get anywhere with this in the end Frank. I didn't realise you could not get hold of the spring seats anymore.

Hi Matt,

No, I didn't, I've contacted several potential suppliers, but none have got them, I'm slowly exhausting the possibilities here.....

I probably should have put Nitrons on, but as you know the Billies are very good, and I wanted them to be height adjustable and go for a corner weight...

Alltho this is getting a bit silly now, I vowed not to get beaten, I will report outcome...

Hi Paul,

txs for that, I'll try........

The problem with most of these guys is they got the 2.25/2.5 spring seats, but they are to be installed directly onto the shock, most of them are M52 x 1.5 (most shocks are 50 mm/2"). This also goes for the height adjusters on Nitron' or AVO' and thelike.

The retrofit Bilstein ones I am after are M58 x 2 (i/d 54 mm, with thread 56 mm, thread depth is 0.87 mm)

..........Have had a mail, which looks promising, I'll let you gents know ! (cheers Barrie !)

Little update; I've found no supplier in the UK has these. In the States there are possibly, but when calling in they haven't got the foggiest what I'm talking about (thread ? pitch ?) I thought I've found a set in Holland, so went there (60 mls) to find they don't fit (pitch 1.5 iso 2.0) so all left now is to machine a set.......I'll let you boys know how I fare !

(on the upside, the place I went do stock CL pads, can do a geo and refurb diff'/boxes !)

I'm sure John Halstead (Engineer1949) could machine you up a set if you asked him nicely

Nice one! Looking forward to hearing how you get on with the setup and corner weighting. I may follow suit.

Actually planning on a full rebuild of the suspension, both front and rear, renew parts as needed, but at least new droplinks.

Then after that indeed a geo and corner-weigh

Getting my hands dirty, happy days !
