Not 100% sure but I think they do. Lots of commonality with the LS family.

90% sure they do, we have used modified LS7 headers on a number of LS3 powered TVRs

but ls3 is 6.2 liters...and ls7 is 7.0 liters....
piston have the same diameter???

The piston size difference isn't as important as the fact that the two port sizes and shapes on LS3 and LS7 heads are quite different.

I've seen several LS3s use the LS7 headers, though. Not sure what, if any, penalty there might be.

I think it depends on how many hp difference there can be, because there will certainly be many modifications (which cost ....)
