I have standard factory seats in leather. Not sure if it is the shape of my back or the shape of the seats that is the problem but I keep getting a big bruise in the middle of my back after a long drive.
Therefore thinking of fitting lumbar padding. Has anyone done this as a retro-fit? (my car is only 2 years old so would not want to have to replace the leather if possible)
Also, for anyone that has fitted the factory lumbar support option (I think air hand pumped?) do they find it effective?
Many thanks
Mark

Getting a bruise in the middle of one's back sounds to me as though something is pressing on it, not as though there's a gap that needs filling with lumbar padding.
That said, I personally can't stand lumbar "support" of any kind. It feels like a fist pressing into my lower back; running the lumbar feature all the way into the seat is the first adjustment I make when settling into a new car.
