Yes they run a 130i, but has LSD and ARBs too.
Sounds like a no brainer, transformed your car then.
With current weather, am tiptoeing around
Can you try getting the MPSSs asap then, I am certainly not tip toeing around with them, last night wind and torrential rain, wow, I've never been so impressed with tyres!! Sounds like a no brainer, transformed your car then.

Birds have a 130i demonstrator with the kit fitted. Not a 135i but the chassis is basically the same. Best bet is to ring them up and arrange to go see them - they were very helpful when I bought the B1 kit for mine. It makes a massive improvement to the car.
I'm yet to remove the RFT, but picked up a 2nd hand under 1000 mile B1 kit. Thus far it's made little difference, so tyres in new year / springThat's a real surprise, although I am coming from the perspective of a 335i and not 135i
My MPSS" have been a game-changer and have allowed me, unlike the RFTs, to drive the car to the limits of it's chassis. Thus I felt sure that where the car still falls short had to be largely down to the stock suspension set up. That is what I understand Birds to claim, although they do advocate a tyre change at the same time???
Maybe the lack of LSD is more of a problem??

I have the Birds full suspension upgrade including ARBs and the Quaife LSD fitted to my 335i, Birds recommended the Conti sport contact 5 which are a quantum leap from the RFTs.
Dave
Dave, did you do all the Birds mods in one go? Dave
