That was enjoyable, though looking back I couldn't really relate anything that happened during the hour that I didn't see in the trailer. Also I'm getting a bit confused over several similar-looking people - to me, the policeman and the junior guy in the bank looked quite similar, and not all that different to the grandson who took the postcards away and stuck them on the window of his expensive flat. Sounds as if it will be about the right length as well, three episodes, rather than dragging it out to more with some filler. Good.

Good telly - very enjoyable so far (less the unseasonable setting pointed out upthread).
What's the assistant trader doing after hours at his screens? Losing everything? Will our hero have to go and work for the Polish builder (or trade yummy wife in and keep the nanny)?
It's all very interesting!! I assume the trader is using the funds from Roger's client accounts to make trades of his own, possible? What's the assistant trader doing after hours at his screens? The woman who's grandad stashed the money... She said that she didn't have the heart to tell the builder than the notes were no longer legal tender.
You could still say you found the suitcase in a wood, and go change them at the Bank of England. Bank notes retain their value, even if out of circulation.

Factual nonsense You could still say you found the suitcase in a wood, and go change them at the Bank of England. Bank notes retain their value, even if out of circulation.
