Apparently he has just sold "his" website for £80 million, so is obviously no fool.
I am sure he is a very nice fellow, but he seems to have an orgasm every time he says Curry's have a 10% off voucher code or Boots have Paracetamol on special offer.
He needs to calm down a bit, otherwise he's going to have a heart attack.
As I said, the programme itself is very good.

The guy is nothing more than an internet marketer, trained in journalism, and a niche for selling the obvious to the financially inept.
He spent years using MSE as a high end affiliate pushing website, begging people to click links to keep the site free from adverts, when in reality the entire business model was one huge advert, but his hoards of sycophantic forum members couldn't see past it.
His weekly email gets to a few million people, but every single item on it has been previously posted by a forum member, he simply has a team of researchers who trawl the forums and collate the good bits for Martin to take the credit for. A lot of his moneysaving tools on the websites are plagiarised from other developers, myself included, and his budget for legal fees is much higher than mine or the few other guys who were in the same position as me.
He also takes great exception to anyone looking too closely at the finances of his "charitable foundation" - it is currently in "a state of strategic review" after somebody pointed out the possible corruption behind it. His father is also a trustee/accountant/salaried employee of the charity.
The guy is a turd.

I hate the martin lewis emails. They are over busy with "deals' that have been around ages and his hints and tricks that are just offers.

He is also *considerably* more successful than you.He spent years using MSE as a high end affiliate pushing website, begging people to click links to keep the site free from adverts, when in reality the entire business model was one huge advert, but his hoards of sycophantic forum members couldn't see past it.

I followed him and his website to the letter for about 5 years.
I ended up with 70 bank accounts and 43 credit cards plus a mortgage for a house I hadn't bought yet.
My salary went into one account and then split up into the 69 others but I had so many passwords and log ins to remember I ended up employing a team of 4 people to keep track of it all.
Different car for each day of the week all on different finance deals. PPI claimed up to my ears.
I had to call it a day when I couldn't legally use my washing machine on Tuesdays and Thursday's due to the deal I was locked into.

Genuinely laughing here. Disappointed you didn't mention the highly complex stoozing you'd have done with your 43 credit cards though.
