Hi, has anyone used this company before please? I'm about to purchase first decent watch and they have offered a cracking discount on RRP for a new factory watch.

Thanks
Rob

I have used them a few times and there is nothing to worry about as they are a legitimate high street shop and an authorised dealer for many brands. Breitling are a speciality. They should give you 20percent off minimum without even putting in any effort, sometimes 22percent plus. Always have for me.

Only issue I have had is with refunds when returning something, they take an age and tend to forget about you, quick and polite taking your money, slow and disinterested when giving it back. Last refund took 4 emails and 2 phone calls. But it did come eventually.

What are you after?

I was really happy when I bought from them, I was collected from the station by 911, given a Breitling book, pin badge, lanyard, cap, 22% discount and a lift back to the station!

They are a proper "bricks and mortar" shop and probably more connected to Breitling than anyone else in the U.K

I have no experience of returns.

Thanks guys appreciate it.

They were offering me a fantastic discount but I have gone with another company (Authorised Breitling dealer) that has a store and website.

I got 27% off the Breitling I was after so I'm very happy with that. Strap resized and delivery all included.

3 days of emailing and talking to Authorised dealers has paid off I think, I contacted them ALL from the retailer section on Breitling's website.

Watch coming on Tuesday, very happy and will be my first watch over £500.

Great company to deal with. Just done a deal with Mark over there for a PAM, 22% off and picking it up next week in person.

I went for Breitling Transocean Chronograph Black Dial.

For a few reasons but mainly because I like the look of it, in house movement covered by a 5 year warranty and I prefer that type of strap. I know theres not a great deal of love for this brand but for me it works and the 27% discount hopefully picks up some of the deprecation.

But not from the above store.
