I've developed a rather unfortunate symptom that whenever I tip my head forward, like looking down to do my flies up, water runs out of my nose. It's not snot, just runny water. Doesn't happen all the time but enough.

Don't have a cold and otherwise feel in tip top condition. I've been on a few lengthy flights over the past few weeks - not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any ideas before bother the surgery receptionist?

At this time of year random runny noses are common.

The fact you mentioned that it occurs when you bend down prompted me to reply.

Very unlikely, but could be a CSF leak. Any bangs to the head recently?

It is probably just a bit of rhinorrhea caused by sudden cold weather or all the dry air in airplanes but worth checking imho.

Cheers - no bangs or anything. Lots of temperature changing at mo (writing from Panama City where inside the aircon is super cold, outside is 30 with 80% humidity!!

I'm sure the aircon/humidity changes + flights are causing it.

Funnily enough I was looking at property in Panama, on Internet, yesterday; having one of those 'where in the world would I like to live and what can you get for your money there' hours.

What's it like out there?

It's certainly a country on the move. Out of the city it's jaw-droopingly beautiful. There's a lot of construction in the City, smart new shopping malls and they are gradually improving the roads. I'm told the current President and Government are the first to adopt a 'do things right'. Hot and very humid!

From what I saw, I'd say that i's a good place to buy a place now - I think the place will boom over the coming years
