So after a stupidly large speed bump, the rear diffuser part of the undertray is rattling loose. It is pitch black and wet out there, so does anyone know of a link to a diagram of the fixing points and what is it that fixes them? Bolts, screws or Allen bolts?

M5 hex-heads around the periphery, and a pair of larger M8 button-heads (requiring Allen key) in the middle of the panel. In my experience it's usually one of the two Allen bolts working loose rather than the smaller hex-heads that causes the rattle.

legend! It is the offside corner of the diffuser that has a 'twang' to it, possibly rattling against the other part of the flat floor under the engine.

M5 refers to the diameter of the screw thread, technically it says nothing about the size of the outer faces of the nut (although they're often 8mm in practice).

Third column is the spanner size for a hex-head screw, last column is the Allen key size for any given nominal screw thread size:
