Exchange 2007 - Forwarding specfic emails

I'm hoping that this is a quick and easy question, but is there a way that external emails from one email address, can be forwarded to an internal address, instead of the intended recipient?

I can see that it's possible to forward on all emails, but i don't want that to happen.

Using the outlook client is not an option.
