Spotted something they'd be interested in being advertised, would like to send the details to a human being as it probably needs action sharpish.

Anyone got a contact email address? Already fired it through complaints, but think it may get lost...

Nothing works at the DVLA - as an organisation they aren't yet aware that a year consists of 365 or 366 days every fourth year, they just use 12 months!
