I suspect a spell at Her Majesty’s pleasure may await the driver:

Those speed differentials don't seem quite like 201mph. Definitely v fast but not sure it is quite that speed?

ANPR on the other vehicles in shot, then look at the other vehicles on ANPR travelling at corresponding time and or CCTV

Edit - looking at the videos, clearly the other cars can’t be identified. Dunno then!

It was probably the driver who uploaded the video to YouTube. They’ll try to trace him through that.

Yes, would be aiming to trace through Google/ YouTube account, taking account of the fact that even if they trace the account holder they’ll have to also prove it was him (or her) driving the car I’d have thought.

My mind boggles. Leaving aside for a moment the wisdom of doing 200mph on the M23, why on earth would you provide your own video evidence of it?!

This is truly shocking and hopefully they will be caught and made an example of.

This could of quite easily caused numerous fatalities.

Totally braindead moron. The rest of the car inc brakes and tyres wouldn't have even been up to the job.
Selfish act putting others at risk for the sake of bragging rights to his likely equally thick mates..

I mean theres driving down the m23 doing 200, then theres doing it and filming it, but then theres also doing both of those with ONE HAND on the steering wheel.

Jesus! , its not the speed that frightens me its the fact he's doing it with one hand with the other filming it.

And the fact at the end he spends a good few seconds zooming in to make sure it reads the speed on film so you can bet for that period he was looking at the phone not the road.

At that speed 5 seconds is about a quarter of a mile without looking at the road.

That bit of it really is unreal. guess it shows the stability of the car if you feel safe enough to drive one handed at that speed but even so. those other vehicles being passed are not expecting you to gain on them at such a speed differential.

At best I suspect there will be a £1000 fine for failure to identify the driver.

We don’t know that he was filming it himself do we. Couldn’t there have been someone in the back seats filming?

The car is the least of the problems in that video! Clearly very well engineered as it needs sod-all control to keep it pointing the right way at that speed. Amazing really, when you look at an F40 or late-80s supercar trying to crack the double ton it looks like it's pant-sttingly tricky.
