I can see this escalating massively. Not good for anyone.

Israel will no doubt repspond with a huge military assult and it will be Palestinian civillians that will suffer the most.
(And yes, there will be Israeli civillian casualties also.)

You'd have thought that after all these years, both sides would have learnt that shooting each other isn't going to work but neither side is willing to make compromise so the cycle continues.

Aren't half the IDF on strike at the moment? I seem to remember hearing something like that recently.

Has this caught Israeli intelligence on the hop? Surely something on this scale would be difficult to plan without the Israeli's knowing about it.

Some interesting footage of the combat paramotors. Like flying technicals.

What compromise can the Palestinians make? Israel wants the land and doesn’t care how they take it.

There’s some horrific stuff coming out from Israel, civilians being massacred and being taken hostage apparently, grim.

War in Europe now potentially a war in the Middle East, things are not looking good right now.

Well I suppose not firing 5000 rockets at civilians, invading Israel, taking hostages and murdering innocent civilians might be a start

Don’t you think?

There’s already war in the region don’t be blind. We’re supporting one of the sides.

Not having a leadership whose explicit goal is genocide of Israelis would be a start.

Israel should have booted out the Palestinians and annexed the West Bank and Gaza after the 6 day war tbh but here we are and once again civilians will suffer.

Again, what can they do to compromise on Israel wanting to eradicate them?

It’s a vicious war and both sides have done terrible things.

Does seem the case. I always regarded Israel as infallible in this regard. But it only takes one person in the chain to disregard or dismiss some intelligence...

Netanyahu is going to go unleash hell.

This doesn't sound good. Especially if others join in.

Yep, this won’t end well for the Palestinians unfortunately.

Israel may have been caught napping but they will very, very quickly mobilise and use overwhelming force not just to crush this incursion but to send a message to nearby unfriendly states not to get any ideas and to remind them what a potent force the IDF is.

Israel is one bear you don’t want to poke.
