Old Timers GP Nurburgring 2024

I’m planning a trip to the Old Timers GP at the ring this August, what’s the situation regarding circuit camping. From what I can make out do you just turn up and pay. If there’s any one been before any tips would most gratefully received. Thanks

It is early enough that you would probably be able to book a cottage nearby, surely far easier, get some mates in, cant be hard

I went last year. You just turn up and pay on the gate, we arrived on the Thursday evening and there was plenty of space (all the best spots had gone though). Hopefully you like listening to Coldplay/Rick Astley and Eurotechno until midnight! A cottage/Airbnb is also a good idea depending on how much you are planning on drinking.
