I wonder if anyone might be able to help please?
I have used google workspace, particularly for email, for a number of years and I like it and preferably would like to carry on with it. I have recently been provided with a new email address from a firm I intend to do some work with and it is set up through outlook which I don't like. I obviously have the password for the new email address and I'd like to set it up so that the email arrives and departs through google workspace, just like my own company email does.
I have tried a few times to do this but to no success and get the message below;
'You must send emails through *****.co.uk SMTP servers when you send as dan@******.co.uk. However, this functionality is not available for your account. Please contact your domain administrator for more information.'
Does anyone know if there is a work around please?
