Now TV F1 ‘Interactive button’

Watching qualifying via Now TV using the app on a Samsung TV.

Is there any way to access the ‘interactive button’ they always mention?

I have a red button on the remote, but it does nothing. Tried all the other coloured buttons and none of them do anything.

Any ideas? Googling hasn’t found anything.

No idea, but if it helps it’s exactly the same for me with the now app on an LG tv. Red button does nothing.

Maybe it only works on one of their streaming boxes then, but I don’t think you can actually buy those any more?

it doesnt work on NOW TV - its only on fully official SKY boxes - SKY Q etc etc

they have the new SKY STREAM out which is dishless - i've not seen one in the flesh, but its supposed to be the same as a dish, so the interactive should work on that too.
